For years, our members and farmers have been the heart of everything we do. As their needs have grown and our programs have expanded, it has become clear that fulfilling our mission at the highest level requires dedicated, full-time leadership. With that in mind, the Board has made the strategic decision to hire an Executive Director.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly. It is a reflection of our confidence in the future of VABF, our commitment to serving our members with excellence, and our responsibility to the farming community that depends on us.
