Fall Pasture Lambing

Like any livestock management system, pasture lambing requires careful recordkeeping;

knowledge of animal nutrition, health and behavior; and—just as important—attention to detail.

Learn low-stress sheep birthing and flock management techniques with Dr. Dahlia O’Brian. Topics will include:

• Items to include in your lambing toolbox

• Nutrition and feeding management

• Record keeping

• Newborn lamb care

• Ewe health management

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear proper footwear. This will be an outdoor event.
