The 2025 application format is not yet available, but we recommend those interested in applying use the 2024 template as a guideline to plan and draft your submission. Once the 2025 templates are available, we will update the VDACS SCBGP website and email the new forms to this distribution list.

- March 19 & 26, 2025: Webinars for interested parties
- Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 5 PM: Application Deadline
- April 2025: VDACS Evaluates Proposals
- May 2025: VDACS submits Virginia grant submission to USDA
- September 2025: VDACS announces 2025 awards.
