David Bulova, Secretary of Natural and Historic Resources, will kick us off, followed by updates on the revised Chesapeake Bay Agreement from Adrienne Kotula, Deputy Secretary of Natural and Historic Resources, Commonwealth of Virginia; the Virginia Voluntary Agriculture BMP Survey from Dan Goerlich, Associate Director, Initiatives, VCE; and insights on Regional Conservation Networks beyond Virginia from Kim Melton with the Red River Basin Commission.
We will also present the finalized 2026–2028 VSHC Strategic Plan that you all helped shape during our last meeting.
