Buyers and Sellers Get Connected – The Department of Small Business & Supplier Diversity in collaboration with Chesterfield County Purchasing Department This is a 2 part workshop — from 9:00 – 12:00 business owners will receive training on navigating the eVa system, navigating the PING system (Chesterfield County’s electronic marketplace), doing business with the Virginia Department of General Services (DGS), and how to do business with Altria. From 1:00 – 4:00, representatives from different levels of government and large corporations will be at exhibit tables for you to visit and discuss business opportunities.

Whether it’s helping your business become certified in Virginia’s small business set-aside programs (SWaM and Micro), navigating the electronic portal which ALL state agencies use for solicitations (eVa), or helping you connect with key agency buyers, these sessions can help.
