An Apple A Day

The weather seems to have FINALLY turned, and it appears that fall might actually be here in both calendar and feel.  Growing up in Virginia, in the Shenandoah Valley, fall has always equaled apple season…for good reason!  Apples play a large part in Virginia’s agriculture industry (and an apple is the state fruit of West Virginia!).
