OneRD Guarantee Loan Initiative Update
FY23 Annual Notice of Guarantee Fees and Percentage Rates
Now Available!
USDA Rural Development (RD) is keeping its commitment to releasing the annual fees and percentage notice for programs under the OneRD Guarantee Loan Initiative prior to the next fiscal year to allow sufficient time for lenders to plan.
Ahead of Fiscal Year 2023, RD is providing guarantee percentages, annual fees, periodic retention fees, and optional construction fees to help lenders apply for the Agency’s four flagship loan guarantee programs. These programs are:
- Water and Waste Disposal Loan Guarantees Program;
- Community Facilities Guaranteed Loan Program;
- Business and Industry Guaranteed Loan Program; and
- Rural Energy for America Guaranteed Loan Program.
The fees in this notice are effective October 1, 2022. Please see them listed below:
