Our speaker, Mary Ann Hansen, is an instructor andExtension plant pathologist in the School of Plant and EnvironmentalSciences. She has 35 years of experience teaching plant pathology anddiagnosing plant diseases in Virginia.

MaryAnn Hansen has a Teaching/Extension (20%/80%) appointment in the School ofPlant and Environmental Sciences. Her teaching and Extension work focus ondiagnostics of plant disease and abiotic problems and she co-manages the VTPlant Disease Clinic, which serves as the central diagnostics service lab forVCE county agents throughout the state.
