Fall Production in High Tunnels

Participants will learn how to prepare High Tunnels for planting and caring for Fall crops in High Tunnels. Growers will learn about soil test, soil preparation and crop lay outs. Crops include tomatoes, spinach, and leafy greens as well as other specialty crops that will fill in and provide a variety for maximum sales.
