How to Dig, Cure, and Store Sweet Potatoes

Tracy Porter, a VSU SFOP Regional Program Assistant will provide a lecture and a pre-recorded video on how to dig, cure and store sweet potatoes. Marketing strategies will also be discussed. Tracy has years of experience planting and harvesting sweet potatoes. This workshop will help all beginning farmers and those looking to increase value.
