Updates to FY 2023 Area Loan Limits and Related Changes

The Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 area loan limits (based on the guidance in Handbook-1-3550, Chapter 5, Paragraph 5.6 A) were effective March 1, 2023, and are available at https://www.rd.usda.gov/files/RD-SFHAreaLoanLimitMap.pdf.

However, the area loan limits have since been revised to resolve errors that appeared in the counties of Dixie (FL), Cumberland (NJ), and cities of Buena Vista, Covington, Emporia, Franklin, Galax, Lexington, Martinsville, Norton, and Radford (VA).  The updated FY 2023 area loan limits are also reflected in the following resources, so it is important to use the latest versions:
